Build-Up and Residue

Residue is the quiet cause behind a lot of styling complaints. Too much product, product applied to hair that was still damp, or several days of restyling on top of yesterday will leave a film that weighs the root down and makes everything read greasy or dull.

The fix is almost always subtraction: smaller amounts, better distribution, and a genuine reset wash on a fixed rhythm rather than an emergency one.
